Second-Shift Visibility at $299 per month is about being found, centered on your Google Business Profile and local search. Second-Shift Operations at $299 per month is about what happens after: lead capture, unified conversations, missed-call text back, appointments, follow-up and review requests.
Can I take both?
Yes. Visibility + Operations is $499 per month together, which is less than the two separately.
What does Second-Shift Plus add?
Second-Shift Plus is $799 per month plus applicable usage charges. It includes Visibility and Operations, and adds Voice AI and advanced automated customer communication, which may include call answering, qualification, routing and appointment functions where appropriate.
Do I need a website from Offshift first?
It is not required, but the website is the foundation the systems connect to. If your current site cannot capture contact properly, it is usually the first thing worth fixing.
Is Website Care included?
